The Malvasia Ventinove di Sant'Eufemia is produced from 100% Malvasia Puntinata grapes cultivated in the Cisterna di Latina (LT) area. The vineyards, grown using spurred cordon training, are rooted in soils characterized by pozzolana and volcanic tuff. The harvest took place at the end of August. After the white winemaking process, carried out without maceration of the must on the skins and malolactic fermentation, the wine was aged for several months in stainless steel tanks.

MALVASIA LAZIO VENTINOVE SANT'EUFEMIA: TASTING

The Malvasia Ventinove di Sant'Eufemia presents itself with a straw yellow color with golden reflections. On the nose, it expresses aromas of yellow fleshy fruit and wild flowers that are joined by hints of citrus and beeswax. The taste is fresh, pleasantly aromatic, and with excellent salinity. It pairs well with cheeses, vegetarian dishes, as well as tasty recipes featuring white fish, mollusks, and crustaceans on the table.
