Ceci's Lambrusco Secco Terre Verdiane 1813 is obtained from 100% Lambrusco grapes in the Maestri and Marani varieties grown in the green vineyards of the Bassa Parmense. In the vinification process, the maceration on the skins is carried out at a low temperature for a period of 5-7 days. The second fermentation, through which the bubbles were formed, took place in a tank according to the rules of the Charmat Method. Before being bottled, the wine was aged for 3 months on its own lees, an operation that allowed for an enrichment in terms of structure and aromas. Agile and drinkable red par excellence, Lambrusco is presented here in a dry but no less captivating version than the amabile, proving ready to cheer up small and large convivial occasions.
