The Grillo Terebinto di Planeta is made from 100% Grillo grapes from the Menfi area in the province of Agrigento. The vineyards are located on clay-limestone soils, at an altitude ranging from 35 to 75 meters above sea level. The white winemaking process included an alcoholic fermentation phase in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 14°C for 18-20 days. The aging took place in stainless steel for 3 months on fine lees.

Planeta's Terebinto Grillo presents a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. On the nose, it reveals aromas of lychee and tropical yellow fruit, with hints of Mediterranean herbs and light citrus notes. The taste is fresh and mineral, supported by a pronounced fruity flavor that lingers in the finish. It pairs well with vegetarian dishes and tasty seafood recipes featuring white fish, shellfish, and crustaceans.
