The Gavi Marne Bianco di Le Marne has been obtained from 100% Cortese grapes grown in the territory of Cadepiaggio, a hamlet of Parodi Ligure, in the province of Alessandria. The original vineyards are located on soils characterized by calcareous-clayey marl with a strong presence of tuff, at an altitude of about 330 meters above sea level. The entire winemaking process, which included alcoholic fermentation and aging, took place in concrete tanks, sheltered from the risks of oxidation and in stable thermal conditions; a choice that, from an organoleptic point of view, also benefited the freshness of the fruit.
