Aroma fruttato
Corpo medioThe Friulano di Puiatti was obtained from 100% Friulano di PuiattiFriulano grapes grown in the Zuccole area of the municipality of Romans d'Isonzo, in the province of Gorizia. The originating vineyards are rooted in alluvial soils formed by a layer of gravel overlaid with reddish clays. The winemaking process included a phase of alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature of 14-16°C. Aging took place in stainless steel for 4 months in contact with the fine lees. This operation allowed the wine to enrich in terms of aromas, extracted substances, and structure.
The Friulano di Puiatti presents itself with an intense straw yellow color. On the nose, it releases aromas of pear, peach, and white pulp fruit that merge with herbaceous hints of hay and spicy notes of white pepper. The sip is pleasantly mineral, supported by a delicate fruity taste that persists in the finish. It pairs well with semi-aged cheeses, vegetarian dishes, and delicious seafood recipes. Excellent also paired with white meats.
