Ronco delle Cime comes from one of Venica's landmark vineyards, on the highest hill of the estate in Dolegna del Collio. Its name is the place name of the parcel from which the Friulano grapes originate, in a setting shaped by Collio marl and sandstone soils and cool mountain breezes.

A deeply territorial expression of Friulano

The profile is intense and distinctive: Williams pear, yellow peach, herbs and wild flowers lead into a warm, harmonious palate supported by freshness and savouriness. The finish recalls almond, a classic hallmark of Friulano.

At the table

Serve at 12-13 °C. It pairs well with aged prosciutto, cow's and goat's milk cheeses, mushroom and truffle dishes, first courses and fish. Its structure also gives it good potential to develop over time.
