Alma Assemblage 3 expresses the Bellavista style through a cuvée of Chardonnay, Pinot Nero and Pinot Bianco. Born in Franciacorta, it combines precision, freshness and depth with a measured structure and impressive drinkability.

A cuvée built around balance

The aromatic profile opens with floral and citrus notes, followed by fresh fruit and more complex nuances. The palate is taut and harmonious, supported by fine, persistent bubbles and a savoury streak that extends the finish.

Traditional Method and ageing

The winemaking starts with selected base wines from several Franciacorta vineyards, with part of the wine matured in oak before blending. The second fermentation takes place in bottle according to the Traditional Method, followed by extended lees ageing.

Food pairing

Serve at 8-10 °C. It pairs well with seafood starters, fish-based first courses, shellfish and delicate dishes. The current assemblage release received 95/100 from Falstaff.
