The Franciacorta Alma di BellavistaFranciacorta Alma by Bellavista is obtained from Pinot Nero (22%), Chardonnay (77%), and Pinot Bianco (1%) grapes. Its unmistakable personality is shaped by at least 75 of the 140 harvest variables that the company has to "compose" its prestigious sparkling wines. Among these are also "reserve wines" from previous harvests that give further depth to the sensory profile of the cuvée. In addition, fermentation and aging in small barrels of white oak comprise at least 35% of the wines that make up the blend (the term cuvée refers to the union of multiple wines from different land parcels and vintages). The subsequent aging was 36 months on the lees in the bottle.

The Franciacorta DOCG Alma Gran Cuvée Brut by Bellavista shines in the glass with a bright straw yellow color embellished by a fine and persistent perlage. On the nose, it releases aromas of ripe yellow fruit and candied citrus intertwined with hints of honey and bread crust.
