The wine is made primarily from Nerello Mascalese, with small percentages of Nerello Cappuccio, and is produced in only 2,200 bottles, confirming a project that values precision and identity over sheer numbers. With its 14% vol., it interprets the Etna Rosso D.O.C. denomination in an intense yet measured key, playing on mineral tension, salinity, and an aromatic profile that evokes Mediterranean scrub and ripe red fruit. It is a red that combines energy and rigor, able to accompany the table with authority without feeling heavy, thanks to a fine, well-integrated tannic texture.
In the glass it shows an intense ruby red color. The nose is fruity and deep: cherry and blackcurrant lead the tasting, while sanguine nuances and balsamic accents emerge, adding complexity. On the palate it is decisive, savory, and persistent, with elegant tannins and a long, dry, coherent progression, where the volcanic matrix translates into a vibrant, saline finish.
