The Etna Bianco di Tornatore is a pure Carricante. The company's vineyards, trained in spurred cordon, extend on the north side of the volcano in the municipality of Castiglione di Sicilia. The harvest was carried out by hand in small crates in the second decade of October. In the cellar, the grapes were destemmed, crushed, and then gently pressed mechanically to produce the must. Alcoholic fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 15-16°C. The aging lasted 4-6 months in stainless steel tanks and concrete in contact with the fine lees.

ETNA BIANCO TORNATORE: TASTING NOTES

The Etna Bianco di Tornatore presents itself with a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. On the nose, it expresses aromas of green apple and white peach intertwined with notes of aromatic herbs and hints of grapefruit. On the palate, it is balanced and of good structure, fresh and markedly mineral. It pairs well with cheeses, vegetarian dishes, as well as delightful seafood, mollusk, or crustacean-based preparations.
