Etna Bianco di Murgo originates from 70% Carricante and 30% Catarratto Bianco grapes harvested by hand on the eastern slopes of Mount Etna. The vineyards are located at an altitude of about 500 meters above sea level, with roots in alluvial soils. After manual harvesting, the grape clusters were transported to the cellar where they underwent soft pressing to obtain the must. Alcoholic fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. Aging occurred in stainless steel and wooden barrels for a period of 6 months.

ETNA BIANCO MURGO: TASTING

Etna Bianco di Murgo reveals itself with a straw yellow color and greenish reflections. On the nose, it releases aromas of yellow fruits intertwined with fragrant hints of chamomile, broom, and white spring flowers. The palate is fresh and pleasantly mineral. Floral and citrusy finish. It pairs well with fresh cheeses, vegetarian dishes, and seafood recipes based on white fish, mollusks, or shellfish.
