The Chianti by Casa Fiorenza is born from a blend of 90% Sangiovese grapes, 5% Canaiolo, and 5% Ciliegiolo grown on clayey soils characterized by fragments of stone and rock. The red vinification took place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature with a long maceration of the must on the skins and frequent pump-overs. The refinement occurred for several months in stainless steel.

CHIANTI CASA FIORENZA: TASTING

The Chianti di Casa Fiorenza is a deep ruby red in color. On the nose, it releases scents of cherry and small red berries that blend with hints of medlar, violet, and balsamic herbs. The taste is pleasant and balanced, supported by a vibrant salty freshness. Versatile in character, it pairs well with cold cuts and cheeses as well as tasty land-based dishes with red meats.
