The Chardonnay di JermannChardonnay by Jermann is one of the classic white wines from Friuli. This grape variety has found its natural habitat in the eastern part of the region, between Isonzo and Collio, and Silvio Jermann is certainly one of the iconic producers in the area. It originates from young vineyards exposed to the southwest and northeast, vinified in steel and aged for 6 months before being released onto the market.

CHARDONNAY JERMANN: TASTING

The Chardonnay di JermannChardonnay Jermann is a bright straw yellow in color. Intense and quite complex in aromas of ripe yellow fruit, white flowers, and sweeter notes like almond. The taste is intense and full, with a medium body and good persistence. It pairs well with fresh cheeses and seafood dishes such as monkfish soup.
