Ômina Romana Chardonnay 2023 is made in Lazio from 100% Chardonnay. The vineyard rows run east-west on sandy-loam soils, while vineyard work is carried out mainly by hand.

Ripe fruit and fine-lees ageing

For the 2023 vintage, the wine matures for 6 months in stainless steel on the fine lees. Its aromatic profile recalls ripe pineapple, vanilla cream, chamomile and salted caramel. The palate is juicy and rich, with a fresh, mouth-watering finish.

Serve at 10-12 °C. This temperature highlights the aromatic intensity while preserving the wine's fresher side.
