Cesanese Arcatura di Cincinnato is obtained 100% from the grapes of this traditional vine grown, around 250 metres above sea level, on the fascinating hills of Cori, on volcanic soils at the base and limestone on the slopes. The vineyards of the 130 members are mostly micro plots managed in an organic and coherent way, according to the principles of conservation of the territory. The company has always focused on enhancing the vines present in the area for a long time, in particular Nero Buono, Bellone, Greco and Cesanese. The harvest of the latter takes place in the first ten days of October: the grapes are carefully selected and vinified with a light ageing in oak wood.

CESANESE ARCATURA CINCINNATO: TASTING

Cesanese Arcatura is presented in the glass with an inviting brilliant ruby; on the nose, it is intense, all centred on fruit in alcohol and mentholated balms. At the sip, it is full of flavour and balanced. It goes well with various preparations, from chicken cacciatore to rigatoni with cheese and pepper, from semi-cured meats to pizza.
