The Brunello di Montalcino 2019 by Conti Costanti is made from 100% Sangiovese Grosso grapes grown on soils rich in galestro, at an altitude ranging from 310 to 440 meters above sea level. The clusters, carefully selected and harvested at the beginning of October, were transferred to the cellar for traditional red vinification. The maceration of the must in contact with the skins lasted for 2 weeks in stainless steel tanks. Before commercialization, the 2019 Brunello Conti Costanti refined its characteristics for 48 months, including 18 months in tonneaux, 18 months in Slavonian oak barrels, and an additional 12 months in the bottle.

Conti Costanti's Brunello di Montalcino 2019 presents itself with a seductive ruby red color with garnet reflections. On the nose, it releases aromas of marasca cherry and ripe red fruits combined with hints of violet, aromatic herbs, and notes of undergrowth, licorice, and dark spices. On the palate, it is intense, enveloping, and deep, enriched by an elegant minerality and silky tannins. The long finish is characterized by spicy, balsamic, and ethereal notes. It pairs excellently with aged cheeses and dishes based on red meats or game.
