Kisi is a white variety associated with eastern Georgia, where qvevri vessels remain important to local winemaking. Agrida works with both contemporary cellar practices and traditional methods; for this bottling, clay vessels are part of the winemaking and maturation process.

Qvevri, aromas and texture

The wine is made and aged in qvevri. Aromas evoke dried apricot, peach, ripe stone fruit and chamomile, while a perceptible tannic element lends texture to the palate. This combination makes it especially interesting alongside more straightforward stainless-steel whites.
