"Vulcaia Fumé" is a historic label of the winery, representing both tradition and a desire to experiment. It stems from the desire to enhance and showcase the Soave territory through a completely new version of Sauvignon Blanc. The choice of wood vinification gives the wine remarkable aromatic complexity and a good structure, with notes of tropical fruit, rich and intense toasted and smoky hints that recall the use of barrique and the character of the volcanic soils of Soave Classico. Due to its strong personality, it is a wine to be enjoyed paired with flavorful fish dishes, white meats, or aged and blue cheeses.
