The Vernaccia di Serrapetrona Dolce Frizzante di Colleluce is derived from 100% Vernaccia Nera grapes cultivated in the area of Colleluce, a hamlet of San Severino Marche (MC). The original vineyards, facing Southeast, are rooted in gravelly-breccia soils, at an average altitude of 500 meters above sea level. This is a dessert red wine obtained 50% from fresh pressed grapes and the remaining 50% from the pressing of grapes left to dry in crates for 2-3 months. After a separate initial fermentation, the two wine components were combined and refermented in an autoclave for the sparkling process.

The Vernaccia di Serrapetrona Dolce Frizzante di Colleluce presents itself with a ruby red color enriched with lively bubbles. On the nose, it releases aromas of raspberry and wild berries intertwined with floral notes of violet and hints of dark spices. On the palate, it is sweet and enveloping, heightened by a clear fruity and spicy taste. It pairs well with dry pastries and tasty cakes and spoon desserts, especially those based on cocoa and red fruits.
