The Vermentino L’Airone di Guado al Melo was produced from 100% Vermentino grapes grown in the Bolgheri area in the province of Livorno. After the harvest, the grapes were destemmed and gently pressed to obtain the must. Following the alcoholic fermentation, which converted the sugars into alcohol, the wine matured for several months in contact with the fine lees, enriching itself in terms of structure, aromas, and extracted substances. Before being commercialized, the Vermentino Toscana L’Airone di Guado al Melo rested for 3 months in the bottle.

The Vermentino L’Airone di Guado al Melo presents itself to the eye with a straw yellow color. On the nose, aromas of tropical yellow fruits and white flowers emerge, intertwining with citrus hints and subtle notes of Mediterranean scrubland. On the palate, it is fresh and mineral, enhanced by a pleasant fruity and floral taste that lingers in the finish. It pairs well with fresh and semi-mature cheeses, as well as vegetarian dishes and delicious seafood recipes based on white fish, shellfish, and crustaceans.
