The Vermentino Capichera Classico di Capichera is a white whose name has been well impressed in the minds of enthusiasts for over thirty years now. The vineyards are located in the area of Arzachena (in the province of Olbia-Tempio Pausania) on sandy-rocky soils. The grapes are vinified in steel; subsequently the wine ages for 4/6 months, partly in steel and partly in barriques (in recent years, the use of wood has diminished in favor of a more evident expression of the grape variety).
