The Vermentino Tyrsos di Contini is obtained from 100% Vermentino grapes grown in the valley of the Tirso river in the province of Oristano. The vineyards here are rooted in soils that are partly sandy-clayey of alluvial origin and partly volcanic at an altitude of about 50 meters above sea level. The harvest was carried out with a yield of 80-90 quintals per hectare. The white winemaking process included a phase of alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16-18°C. Aging was always done in stainless steel tanks in contact with the fine lees for several months.

The Vermentino Tyrsos di Contini presents itself with a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. On the nose, it expresses aromas of tropical yellow fruit intertwined with hints of white spring flowers and citrus notes. The taste is pleasantly fresh and mineral. It pairs well with fresh cheeses, vegetarian dishes, as well as tasty seafood recipes.
