The Vermentino Bolgheri di Tenuta Meraviglia is produced from 100% Vermentino grapes. The originating vineyards, facing West, extend over volcanic soils characterized by abundant stoniness, at an altitude of about 50 meters above sea level. In the cellar, the clusters underwent soft pressing to obtain only the noblest must, obtained from the first pressing. Alcoholic fermentation was initiated by indigenous yeasts, taking place in rough concrete vats at a controlled temperature of 18°C for 30 days. The aging process lasted for 3 months in concrete in contact with the noble lees.

The Vermentino Bolgheri di Tenuta Meraviglia stands out with a straw-yellow color and bright reflections. On the nose, it displays scents of yellow peach, sage, and Mediterranean herbs that blend with notes of white flowers and hints of grapefruit. The palate is fresh and balanced, pleasantly mineral and persistent. It finishes with hints of acacia honey and almond. It pairs perfectly with cheeses, vegetarian dishes, as well as tasty seafood preparations.
