Corpo medioThe Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi Superiore Vingeto Tobia di Col di Corte was made from 100% Verdicchio grapes from the oldest company vineyard facing North-East, 45 years old. The soil here is characterized by a higher presence of clay compared to the calcareous part. The altitude ranges from 200 to 250 meters above sea level. The harvest was done by hand in the second half of September, with a yield of 50-60 quintals per hectare. The white winemaking process took place in stainless steel and was activated by indigenous yeasts. The refinement lasted 12 months in stainless steel.
The Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi Superiore Vigneto Tobia di Col di Corte is straw yellow with bright reflections. On the nose, it boasts aromas of tropical yellow fruit along with hints of white flowers, medicinal herbs, and citrus notes. The taste is deeply fresh and mineral, with good structure and softness. The floral and almond finish is persistent. It pairs well with cheeses, vegetarian dishes, and flavorful seafood preparations.
