The Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi Classico Superiore Gaiospino di Fattoria Coroncino is produced from 100% Verdicchio grapes harvested fully ripe and cultivated on soils characterized by marly limestone. The white winemaking process included a phase of alcoholic fermentation for 2-4 weeks in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. Malolactic fermentation was also carried out. The aging took place for 16-18 months in 500-liter oak barrels (30%) and stainless steel (70%).
