The Riserva Graal di Altemasi is one of the most interesting Metodo Classico of the denomination. The grapes, 70% Chardonnay and 30% Pinot Nero, come from highly sought-after areas: the hills of Trento, the Altopiano di Brentonico, and the Valle dei Laghi, between 450 and 600 meters above sea level. A portion of the base wine ferments and matures in small barrels of French oak, and after blending and second fermentation, it rests on the lees for over 60 months.

TRENTO DOC RISERVA GRAAL ALTEMASI: TASTING

The Trento DOC Riserva Graal di Altemasi of Altemasi appears straw yellow with a very fine and persistent perlage. The aroma is intoxicating, offering a variety of scents including chamomile, candied apple, honey, citron, aromatic herbs, hazelnut, and brioche. In the mouth, it is gratifying and enveloping, with balanced freshness, sapidity, and smoothness, showing precise taste-olfactory coherence; the finish is long and mineral. Excellent with späztle in Tinca sauce, as well as with canederli with mountain butter.
