The Trento DOC Dosaggio Zero di Letrari is made from hand-picked Charondonnay and Pinot Nero grapes in the area of Vallagarina, in the province of Trento. The winemaking process began with destemming and soft pressing. The resulting must was then fermented to convert sugars into alcohol. Subsequently, the wine was bottled and, with the introduction of selected yeasts, started the second fermentation to obtain the sparkling effect. Before being released on the market, the Trentodoc Dosaggio Zero from Letrari aged for 18 months in contact with the yeasts.

On the nose, it releases aromas of yellow flesh fruits combined with hints of undergrowth and notes of citrus and bread crust. The taste is crisp and intense, supported by an elegant mineral freshness that lingers in the long finish. Ideal as an aperitif, it pairs well with cold cuts and cheeses as well as vegetarian dishes and delicious seafood recipes.
