The Trento DOC Blanc de Blancs Brut Nature from Maso Martis is an elegant Metodo Classico bubbly made from 100% Chardonnay grapes. After manual harvesting, the whole bunches were subjected to soft pressing. Following the first fermentation, the cuvée was prepared. The second fermentation - responsible for the sparkling wine - took place in the bottle where the wine rested for at least 24 months before disgorging. In the final stage, no sugar was added in the liqueur d'expedition.

TRENTO DOC NATURE MASO MARTIS: THE TASTING

The Trento DOC Blanc de Blancs Brut Nature from Maso Martis shows a pale straw yellow colour with a fine, persistent perlage. On the nose there are scents of yellow fruit, white flowers, citrus fruits and bread crust. The taste is balanced, crisp and intense, enhanced by an elegant mineral freshness. Ideal as an aperitif, it is best enjoyed with vegetable dishes, white fish, shellfish or crustaceans.
