The Teroldego di Foradori comes from 100% Teroldego di ForadoriTeroldego grapes selected from several plots of the Mezzolombardo (TN) estate, in the heart of Campo Rotaliano. The reference vineyards cover a total of 9 hectares on alluvial sandy and gravelly soils. The winemaking process involved a spontaneous alcoholic fermentation in cement vats. Aging took place for 12 months in barrels and cement.
