Syrah Roceno by Sibiliana is one of the wines of the Roceno line dedicated exclusively to grapes native in Sicily. The Sibiliana label represents a pact between the winemakers that make up Cantine Europa to always give dedicated care and attention to the vineyards and the grapes. The grapes for Syrah Roceno are grown in the mineral-rich, silt-clay soils of the province of Trapani. The vinification takes place entirely in steel to preserve the characteristics of the grape.

SYRAH ROCENO SIBILIANA: TASTING NOTES

Syrah Roceno by Sibiliana has a ruby ​​red color with violet reflections, typical of this varietal. The nose ranges across notes of blackberry, violet, and pepper, with hints of minerals; on the palate it is structured and enveloping, with a pleasant softness and a long finish. This versatile wine pairs perfectly with spicy Sicilian sausage or with stuffed rabbit.
