The Bollé Cuvèe Extra Dry di Andreola is produced from 100% Glera grapes grown in the Conegliano and Valdobbiadene area in the province of Treviso. The reference vineyards are located on deep, predominantly clayey soils at an altitude of between 250 and 500 meters above sea level. The harvest took place between the months of September and October with a yield of 180 quintals per hectare. In the cellar, the grapes were gently pressed for the production of the must. Alcoholic fermentation took place at a controlled temperature and was followed by 3 months of refining in stainless steel tanks. According to the Charmat Method, the refermentation occurred in an autoclave with foam intake lasting 30-40 days. The sugar content is 15 grams per liter.
The Bollé Cuvèe Extra Dry di Andreola presents itself with a straw yellow color with greenish reflections and a lively perlage. On the nose, it opens with aromas of green apple and yellow-fleshed fruit followed by floral notes of wisteria, and subtle hints of citrus and bread crust. The sip is straightforward and agile, supported by a marked mineral freshness. Excellent as an aperitif, it pairs well with cheeses, vegetable-based dishes, as well as light seafood dishes.
