Santero's Spumante Extra Dry Love You 958 is pale and bright straw yellow. The nose has lots of fruit, apple and pear first of all, but also white melon and gooseberries, then jasmine flowers and mint. On the palate, it is fresh and soft, with good aromatic correspondence and fine perlage. Perfect aperitif with savory puff pastries or small tuna and strawberry tartare.
