Santero's Spumante Extra Dry Love You 958 is part of the mainline of the great Piedmontese company born in 1958 from the idea of the Santero brothers. Located in the heart of one of the most suitable wine-growing areas in Piedmont and immersed in the splendid hills of the Langhe, a stone's throw from Monferrato, today the company is one of the most avant-gardes in the sector, with great attention and care in every moment of the productive supply chain. The Spumante Extra Dry La Pupazza 958 by Santero has a straw yellow colour with greenish reflections animated by a dense perlage. The nose smells of citrus, pear, medlar, kiwi and acacia. On the palate, it is fresh and slightly savoury, with a silky foam. Excellent aperitif, for example with grilled polenta and glazed Treviso radicchio.
