Attems' Sauvignon Blanc Venezia Giulia IGT is made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc grapes grown about 60 metres above sea level, between the hills and plains of the province of Gorizia. The harvest takes place between the end of August and the beginning of September and is carried out strictly by hand. The expected refinement is 4 months in steel on noble lees (the residues of fermentation that give body and aromas to the wine). Sauvignon Blanc is the first company grape to be harvested to ensure the fruits maintain the right acidity and aroma.

SAUVIGNON ATTEMS: TASTING

Attems Sauvignon shines in the glass of a brilliant straw yellow colour with greenish reflections. Lively in its herbaceous hints of sage, tomato leaf and yellow pulp fruit, it is agile and refreshing on the palate with a savoury and pleasantly aromatic finish. Suitable for any occasion, this wine is best expressed with dishes based on vegetables, fish and shellfish.
