The Sauvignon di Primosic is a white wine made with 100% hand-picked PLACEHOLDER_GRAPEVARIETY Blanc grapes. The vineyards, trained with the Guyot pruning system, are rooted in soils composed of a mix of marl and locally called ponca sandstones. In the cellar, the winemaking process included a 24-hour cold pre-fermentation maceration phase that favored the extraction of the grape's primary aromas. Alcoholic fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 18°C. The refinement lasted several months in stainless steel tanks in contact with the lees.

SAUVIGNON COLLIO PRIMOSIC: TASTING NOTES

The PLACEHOLDER_WINE presents itself with a pale yellow color with greenish reflections. On the nose, it opens with aromas of white peach and yellow flesh fruit, followed by floral notes of elderflower and hints of tomato leaf and green bell pepper. On the palate, it offers freshness and an elegant minerality that lingers on the finish. It pairs well with cheeses, vegetarian dishes, as well as flavorful dishes made with white fish, shellfish, and crustaceans.
