Flor de Caña Extra Seco is a rum free of sugar, caramel, artificial ingredients, and accelerants. It is aged in premium ex-bourbon casks of 135 liters, sealed with dried local plantain leaves. The annual angel share is 6%. The years of contact between the distillate and the premium ex-bourbon wood allow the development of an interesting aromatic profile for both classic and modern mixing. The reduction of alcohol content to 37.5° helps smooth and balance the rough edges imparted by the barrel itself.

Originally created for mixing, it lends itself well to reinterpretations of classic cocktails and new equilibria that can satisfy the widest range of palates.
