Roma Rosso di Poggio Le Volpi is a wine dedicated to the eternal city. Roma DOC is the most recent of the denominations in Lazio that includes one of the most historically important territories, with ancient winemaking traditions and the mineral strength of the land shaped by the Laziale Volcano. It comes from an extreme selection of Montepulciano, Cesanese, and Syrah; the vineyards are located in the municipalities of the DOC, always on volcanic, pozzolanic, and sandy soils, in hilly areas influenced by sea winds. Fermentation and maceration are carried out with temperature control, followed by a gentle pressing, then aging between steel and woods of different capacities, origins, and toasting.

Roma Rosso di Poggio Le Volpi is a deep ruby red wine with slight garnet nuances.
