The Ribolla Gialla Think Yellow di Primosic is obtained from 100% Ribolla Gialla grapes grown in soils characterized by the presence of the so-called "ponca", a peculiar alternation of marls and Eocene sandstones capable of giving a pronounced minerality to the wines. After manual harvesting, the clusters were transported to the cellar and subjected to soft pressing through a pneumatic press. A brief cold maceration preceded the alcoholic fermentation carried out - thanks to indigenous yeasts - in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 18°C. The refinement lasted for several months in stainless steel.

The PLACEHOLDER_WINE offers a straw yellow color with golden reflections. On the nose, it expresses aromas of golden apple and yellow flesh fruit that chase hints of acacia flowers and light notes of freshly cut hay and citrus. The palate is fresh and decidedly mineral, with a soft finish that is pleasantly herbaceous and citrusy. It pairs well with cheeses and vegetarian dishes, as well as delicious seafood dishes.
