Mion's Prosecco Superiore Extra Dry Oé takes its name from the expression of the gondolier to warn the arrival in the canals of Venice. Mion is a project by Venetians from the historic centre with a great passion for bubbles, who since 1987 have enthusiastically started producing Prosecco in Valdobbiadene. The most modern technologies are used for vinification and sparkling winemaking, applied to the now traditional Martinotti method.

PROSECCO SUPERIORE EXTRA DRY OÉ MION: TASTING

Mion's Prosecco Superiore Extra Dry Oé is presented in the glass with a bright straw yellow animated by a dense perlage. The nose begins with fragrances of white wisteria, jasmine, apple, pear, grapefruit, with references to sage and chalk. In the mouth, it is soft, fresh, slightly mineral and with tickling bubbles. An excellent aperitif, it goes well with both vegetarian dishes and fish or land appetizers; to give some examples: fried artichokes, creamed cod and Venetian sopressa sandwich, mushrooms and asiago.
