Corpo leggero
Prosecco Valdobbiadene Superiore DOCG Brut di Bortolotti derives from 100% Glera grapes grown in the territory of the municipality of Valdobbiadene, in the province of Treviso. The vineyards of origin insist on soils characterised by sandy clays with the presence of rounded pebbles, at an altitude between 225 and 350 metres above sea level. After the harvest, carried out in the second half of September with a yield of 130 quintals per hectare, the grapes were sent for vinification which included a sparkling phase in a vat where a second fermentation took place, according to the rules of the Charmat Method used for the production of Prosecco. Before release, Bortolotti's Prosecco Valdobbiadene Superiore DOCG Brut rested for 3-4 months in the bottle.
PROSECCO VALDOBBIADENE BRUT BORTOLOTTI: TASTING
The Prosecco Valdobbiadene Superiore DOCG Brut by Bortolotti is presented in the glass with a straw yellow colour with greenish reflections. On the nose, it expresses aromas of pear and yellow pulp fruit that intertwine with fragrant hints of white flowers and delicate mineral notes. The sip is harmonious and lively, enhanced by a vibrant fresh-savoury trail that persists in the finish. Ideal as an aperitif, at the table, it goes well with fresh and semi-aged cheeses as well as vegetarian dishes and seafood recipes based on white fish, molluscs and crustaceans.Product specifications
