Costaross' Prosecco DOC Brut is part of the "hipster and funky" line that Vinicola Serena dedicates to younger enthusiasts. Part of this line also embraces the philosophy of organic and vegan. The grapes come from various vineyards in the provinces of Treviso, Padua, Pordenone and Venice; this wine is composed of 85% Glera grapes and a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Bianco and Pinot Grigio for the remaining 15%. The sparkling process traditionally takes place according to the Charmat method in steel tanks.

Costaross' Prosecco DOC BIO Brut is presented in the glass with abundant and persistent foam in the straw yellow mantle with greenish reflections. On the nose, it is inviting with notes of fresh fruit and elderberry. In the mouth, it is decisive, lean and ranges between freshness and flavour in full balance. Perfect as an aperitif served chilled, the pairing with steamed Chinese ravioli stuffed with pork, shrimp and vegetables is absolutely delightful.
