The Prosecco Conegliano Valdobbiadene Superiore Extra Dry di Matilde was produced from 100% Glera grapes grown in the Cozzulo area, a fraction of Vittorio Veneto (TV), using organic methods. The reference vineyard, facing south, is located at an altitude of 239 meters above sea level. Harvesting was done by hand in early September. After white winemaking, the sparkling process took place using the Charmat or Martinotti Method, which involves secondary fermentation in stainless steel autoclaves. The residual sugar content is 16 g/liter.

The Matilde Prosecco Conegliano Valdobbiadene Superiore Extra Dry shines in the glass with a straw yellow color and greenish reflections. On the nose, it offers aromas of yellow and white pulp fruits combined with floral notes of wisteria and rose, as well as hints of citrus and yeast. The taste is fresh and soft with good minerality and persistence. It pairs well with cheeses, vegetarian dishes, and delicious seafood dishes, especially those based on shellfish, at the table.
