Aurélie Pinot Nero Vigneti delle Dolomiti Sedimento 45 by Dornach Patrick Uccelli is obtained from 100% Pinot Nero grapes from a plot located in the municipality of Montagna (BZ). The vines root here in soil particularly rich in limestone, at an altitude of about 390 meters above sea level. In the cellar, fermentation took place for 60% with whole berries and for 40% with whole clusters. Before bottling, the aging was for 10 months in French oak barrels. It is certified organic and biodynamic.
