The Pinot Grigio San Angelo di Banfi is obtained from 100% Pinot Grigio grapes grown on the southern slope of the Montalcino hill, in the province of Siena. After the harvest, the carefully selected grapes underwent vinification, including an alcoholic fermentation phase in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 13-15°C. Before bottling, the Pinot Grigio Toscana IGT San Angelo from Banfi aged in stainless steel for 3 months in contact with the fine lees, the residues of fermentation, thus enriching itself in terms of body, aromas, and substances.

Excellent as an aperitif, at the table it pairs well with fresh and semi-aged cheeses, as well as vegetarian dishes and tasty preparations based on white fish, shellfish, and crustaceans. Also ideal paired with light recipes featuring white meats as protagonists.
