Jesera 2025 offers a precise interpretation of Collio Pinot Grigio: fresh and easy to enjoy, yet with more personality than the most neutral expressions of the variety. It is made from 100% Pinot Grigio from the Jesera vineyard within the Collio DOC.

The copper-toned character of Collio

Brief skin contact draws on the grape's natural grey-pink pigmentation and contributes to the wine's characteristic copper hue. The nose shows flowers, yellow peach and light mineral notes; the palate is rounded, fresh and savoury, with returning fruit and a mineral finish.

Serving and pairings

Serve at 12-13 °C. It pairs well with starters and canapés, light soups, grilled fish and white meats, combining versatility at the table with a clear Collio identity.
