PINOT BIANCO JERMANN: TASTING
The Pinot Bianco di JermannPinot Bianco Venezia Giulia IGT by Jermann presents itself with a straw yellow color and golden reflections. On the nose, it expresses aromas of white pulp fruit intertwined with fragrant hints of jasmine, elderflower, and white flowers, along with subtle notes of aromatic herbs. The taste is soft and pleasant, supported by well-integrated freshness and a vibrant minerality that persists in the finish. Excellent as an aperitif, it pairs well with fresh and semi-aged cheeses, as well as vegetarian dishes and delicious seafood recipes based on white fish, shellfish, and crustaceans.Product specifications
