The Pinot Bianco Riserva Tyrol di Cantina Merano comes from 100% Pinot Bianco grapes grown in the territory of the municipality of Tyrol, in the province of Bolzano. The vineyards are located on light and permeable morainic soils, at an altitude of about 550 meters above sea level. After the harvest, carried out with a yield of 42 hectoliters per hectare, the clusters were transported to the cellar for vinification. The resulting must was fermented in stainless steel, barriques, and large oak barrels. A partial malolactic fermentation was also carried out, which softened the wine in aromatic and structural terms. The aging took place for 8 months in stainless steel barrels and oak barrels in contact with the fine lees.

The Pinot Bianco Tyrol from Cantina Merano presents itself with a straw yellow color. On the nose, aromas of apple, pear, and white pulp fruit prevail, meeting hints of spring flowers and notes of aromatic herbs and flint. Vanilla and toasted dried fruit complete the olfactory profile. The taste is intense and elegant, with a clear mineral freshness that lingers in the long finish.
