Pfitscher's Müller Thurgau Dola was born from 100% Müller Thurgau grapes grown in the territory of Fiè allo Sciliar, in the province of Bolzano, at an altitude of 900 metres above sea level.Alcoholic fermentation took place in steel at a controlled temperature of 18° C; the refinement took place for a few months in steel barrels in contact with the yeasts, a choice that allowed the wine to be enriched in terms of body, substances and aromas. Müller Thurgau is a grape originating from Germany, deriving from the crossing of Riesling Renano and Madeleine Royale, which has found in Trentino Alto Adige one of its areas of choice to express itself at its best.

MÜLLER THURGAU DOLA PFITSCHER: TASTING

The Müller Thurgau Dola Alto Adige Valle Isarco DOC 2020 by Pfitscher shows a straw yellow colour with greenish reflections. On the nose, it expresses aromas of apple and yellow pulp fruit that are associated with hints of aromatic herbs and delicate spicy notes of nutmeg. The taste is fresh and fruity, supported by a good body and an evident minerality that persists in the finish. At the table, it goes well with fresh cheeses and vegetarian dishes as well as exquisite seafood recipes based on white fish and shellfish.
