The Pinot Bianco di Tramin was obtained from 100% Pinot Bianco grapes grown in the territory of Termeno on the Strada del Vino, in the province of Bolzano. The vineyards of origin insist on hilly calcareous soils of clayey and gravelly matrix, at an altitude between 250 and 550 metres above sea level. After the harvest, the grapes were transferred to the cellar to undergo soft pressing. The alcoholic fermentation of the must took place in stainless steel containers at a controlled temperature of 19° C. Before bottling, Tramin's Pinot Bianco Alto Adige DOC 2018 was aged for a few months in steel.

PINOT BIANCO TRAMIN: TASTING

Tramin's Pinot Bianco is presented in a straw yellow colour glass with greenish reflections. On the nose, it expresses aromas of apple and yellow pulp fruit that intertwine with hints of white flowers and delicate vegetal notes. The taste is fresh and harmonious, supported by a good body and an elegant minerality that persists in the finish. Ideal as an aperitif, it goes well with fresh and semi-aged cheeses as well as vegetarian dishes and seafood recipes based on white fish, molluscs and crustaceans.

Also excellent paired with white meats.
