Voria di Porta del Vento in its White version is a frank, territorial and playful wine. Obtained from pure Perricone grapes, grown in an organic/biodynamic regime and harvested by hand in small boxes, it is vinified in cement and refermented in the bottle with the addition of must to the base wine; unfiltered and not disgorged, it maintains the presence of yeasts in the bottle. The Perricone plants are cultivated in the espalier on sandy soils with the presence of sandstone, at 550 metres above sea level. Marco Sferlazzo has been conducting strict biodynamic viticulture for years to maintain the balance of the earth and increase biodiversity.

VORIA ROSÉ PORTA DEL VENTO: LA DEGUSTAZIONE

Voria Rosé by Porta del Vento has a pink colour between quartz and salmon tones. The nose is a riot of cherries and strawberries, rose petals and geranium, black pepper, mint and oregano. The mouth has fine and very pleasant bubbles, lively freshness, a touch of flavour and a slightly bitter finish. Very good with rabbit salad!
